A status yellow rain warning will be in place for the county from 2 o'clock this afternoon.
The warning was issued by Met Éireann yesterday morning, and warned of localised flooding and difficult traveling conditions.
Kerry County Council has advised motorists to take extra care while traveling on the roads.

The warning will be in effect until 9 o'clock on Monday morning.
