Over 2,300 people and 780 business in Kerry took part in upskilling programmes through Skillnet Ireland in 2024.
The organisation which helps develop and support business delivered more than 18,000 training days across the county last year.
A breakdown of their annual report shows that 58% of participants were men, while 42% were women with the 40 to 49 age group the most popular to avail of the services.
Small and medium sized enterprises accounted for 96% of Kerry companies that upskilled their employees.
