Rents in Kerry across all property types listed on the website Daft.ie have increased in the last 12 months.
The Daft.ie Rental Report for Q3 2025 shows that across the country, rents are rising, while the availability of properties and rooms for rent is decreasing.
Full one-bed apartments in Kerry are now going for over €1,000 per month, which is a 5.7% increase year-on-year.
Entire two-bed apartments in this county are up almost 8% to over €1,300 per month, while rents for full two-bed houses are up 7%, also now over €1,300.
Three bed houses now cost over €1,500 per month to rent in Kerry, up over 4% in a year.
Rents for four-bed houses are up almost 10% to just under €1,900 a month, and five-bed houses are up over 14% to just under €2,000 per month.
There were also increases in rents for individual rooms within houses in Kerry.
A double room in a house, with no en-suite, now costs an average of €566 per month in Kerry, and with an en-suite is around €633 per month.
A double room in an apartment with an en-suite is going for €673 per month in Kerry on average, according to Daft.ie.
Rents for single rooms in Kerry are over €500 per month on average, at €530 with no en-suite, and €578 with an en-suite.
According to the report, market rents are now two thirds higher than the Celtic Tiger peak, while availability of properties to rent is down 56% on the 2015-2019 average.
