People in Kerry are being reminded to beware of scams this Christmas and into 2022.
Chief Superintendent Eileen Foster says that during 2021 the number of people getting targeted by fraudsters increased significantly. She says scams are becoming more sophisticated and harder to identify.
However, Chief Superintendent Foster says if people find they’ve been targeted by scammers, there are still measures they can take.
