People aged 55 or over are being urged to complete a survey relating to the development of a new Age Friendly Strategy for Kerry.
This strategy aims to make Kerry a place where people can live well and age positively.
This survey has been launched in addition to the public consultation sessions that are currently underway across the county.
Both the survey and public consultation events look to draw on the lived experience of older people and provide an opportunity for them to contribute ideas for the development of the strategy.
Between March 10th and 25th, public consultation events will take place in Cahersiveen, Killarney, Currow, Killorglin and Kenmare.
The link to the survey is available at https://consult.kerrycoco.ie/en/content/kerry-age-friendly-strategy-public-consultation-survey
A paper copy of the survey is available at the nine libraries across the county and can also be requested by emailing [email protected] or by calling 066 979 6713.
Completed surveys can be returned to the libraries or via a FREEPOST address listed on the survey.
Consultations have been held in Tralee, Listowel and Daingean Uí Chúis.
