Members of a Killarney family have been fitted with pacemakers after tests confirmed they’ve the same genetic condition that cause their son and brother’s heart to stop beating.

Tests confirmed that he has an enlarged muscle around his heart, which is a genetic condition.

His immediate family was tested and his 23-year-old brother Gary O’Sullivan and their mom both have the same condition as Seán Óg.

Gary O’Sullivan has already been fitted with a pace maker.
