The man who died after being critically injured in a hit-and-run in Ardfert has been named.
Paul Clifford of Casement View, Ardfert died last week in University Hospital Kerry after suffering life-threatening injuries.
The collision, involving Mr Clifford who was a pedestrian and a car occurred last Monday night, March 2nd, in the Tubrid More area.
Gardaí have issued an appeal for information.
They are asking that anyone who travelled in the Tubrid More (Bullock Hill / Weather Well), Doon North, Lisloose, Station Road, Ardfert, area between 7.30pm and 9.30pm on Monday who witnessed anything or may have camera footage, including dash-cam, to contact them.
