It’s understood a loaded weapon and ammunition was discovered at the scene of the fatal crash on the N21 overnight.

Gardaí are appealing for information to identify the driver of a vehicle who fled the scene.
The road between Abbeyfeale and Newcastle West reopened to traffic shortly before 4PM this afternoon.
The deceased man, who was in his 30s, was a passenger in one car, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was taken to University Hospital Limerick for a post-mortem examination.
The driver of this car left the scene on foot and Gardaí are seeking to identify this person.
It’s understood a pistol and ammunition were discovered in the vehicle, which is believed to have been travelling in the Kerry direction.
The driver and passenger of a second vehicle, a man in his 60s and a woman in her 70s, were both treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver of the third car, a woman aged in her 60s, also sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene .
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Road users with camera footage, including dash-cam recordings, who were travelling on the N21 from Newcastle West towards Abbeyfeale between 11 and 11:30 last night (Monday, 8 June), should make this footage available to the investigating Gardaí.
