Listowel man joins foster carers for afternoon tea with President Higgins

A Kerry foster carer has attended afternoon tea with President Michael D. Higgins at Áras an Uachtaráin.

Eugene Moriarty from Listowel was one of a group of six representing Tusla foster carers being honoured at the event.

In total 90 guests attended the celebration.
