A Killarney hotel has made a number of appointments in their culinary and restaurant management teams.
The Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa has announced Cyrille Durand as Executive Head Chef and Gavin Crowley as Lake View Restaurant Manager.
In addition to the appointments, new menus focused on locally sourced produce have been introduced in the Lake Room Restaurant and The Heights Lounge.
