Kerry TDs back the call for more support for people living with heart failure

Kerry TDs are backing the call for greater support for people with cardiac disease.

Minister of State Michael Healy-Rae, Senator Mark Daly and Deputies Danny Healy-Rae, Pa Daly and Michael Cahill have endorsed the need for greater access to services and support for those who are living with heart failure.

The Irish Heart Foundation is behind the campaign which led to the first meeting recently of the Oireachtas Heart and Stroke Group.

It’s estimated 4,193 people in Kerry suffer from heart failure.
