The nurse who saved a man's life when he had a cardiac arrest in Killarney says CPR should be taught in schools.
Teresa Clifford from Faha performed CPR on Terry O'Mara when he had the heart attack while on a run on the Fossa Way on June 17th.
Teresa's ability to perform CPR saved his life.
Terry's wife Ciara made an appeal on the Kerry Today show yesterday to find the woman whose intervention was crucial to Terry's survival.
Teresa, who's been involved with the Irish Heart Foundation since 1999, came forward after the interview.
She says CPR should be taught in schools to give as many people as possible the knowledge and skills to save lives:

A unknown woman performed CPR and helped save Terry's life.
After the interview on Radio Kerry, it emerged that the woman who had performed CPR was Teresa Clifford from Faha.
The family, who was on holiday from Dublin, is extremely grateful to community first responders, Gardaí, and health care workers for their efforts.
