Kenmare watermains likely to be replaced this year

A defective water mains in South Kerry will likely be replaced this year, according to Kerry County Council.

Independent councillor Johnny Healy Rae raised the issue relating to the watermains at Lauragh at the recent Kenmare Municipal District meeting,

Responding to his question, the council executive said they have contacted Irish Water and hope to replace it this year.
