Kerry County Council has granted planning for ten holiday homes in Kenmare to be converted into residential houses.
The houses are all part of an unfinished gated holiday home scheme at the Sheen Falls Country Club at Gortnadullagh, Kenmare Old.
Demasta Ltd was granted permission to change the use of six houses from holiday homes to private dwellings.

Permission was granted for Rohcage to change the use of three houses, and for Michelle McCarthy to change the use of one house from holiday home to private dwelling.
Most of the houses are either completed or constructed to builder’s finish.
