Kerry County Council is hosting a free mattress amnesty next weekend in Listowel.
The event is part of the Kerry County Council's anti-dumping programme and gives people an opportunity to dispose of unwanted mattresses in the correct manner.
It will take place on Saturday September 6th at Listowel Mart, Tanavalla Industrial Estate, from 10am to 4pm.

Each year Kerry County Council hold one mattress amnesty event, where a maximum of three mattresses per vehicle are accepted.
Only household mattresses are accepted, and they must be in a clean and dry condition.
