Just over 750 new social homes were delivered in Kerry over a three-year period.
That’s according to information provided by the Housing Minister, James Browne.
Between 2022 and September 2025, 757 new build social homes have been delivered in the county.
It comes as Minister Browne announced new reforms to social housing projects, which he says will improve delivery of units.
The system includes that proposals for new-build social housing projects up to €200 million will move to a single approval process.
The Housing Minister says this replacement of the 4-stage and approval process, will streamline delivery and accelerate social housing construction in Kerry.
