A Sneem pharmacist has gone viral on Instagram after helping out a tourist with a serious foot injury.
Yinka Martin was so grateful for the help she received from Don Keogh on St Patrick's Day last year, that she returned to the South Kerry village recently to thank him again.
After failing to locate him, she uploaded a video on Instagram, outlining the kindness shown to her in her hour of need.

To date, the video has been viewed over 8,000 times.
