Glenbeigh community raises over €5000 to restore their fairy forest

The Glenbeigh community has raised over €5,000 to restore their fairy forest trail in Curra.

The popular walk, developed nine years ago by the Glenbeigh Community Council and Tidy Towns, was vandalised back in June, with multiple fairy houses damaged at the time.

Since then, locals have been fundraising to help rebuild the magical trail, which has become a major tourist attraction.

Donations are still accepted on their GoFundMe page until August 10th.
