Gardaí urge cyclists to wear safety gear after 15 year old boy knocked off e-bike in South Kerry

Gardaí are asking cyclists to make sure they're wearing protective gear on the roads.

The appeal comes after a 15 year boy on an e-bike was involved in collision with a van in Ballybrack, Waterville at 5pm last Friday.

Sergeant Lynda Brosnan strongly recommends cyclists take care of their safety on the road.
