Gardaí appeal for witnesses after hit and run involving cyclist in Tralee

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run in Tralee last Friday.

A female cyclist was struck by a male driver in a navy jeep-style SUV.

The incident took place at the Aquadome roundabout at roughly quarter to five in the evening.

Sergeant Fidelma O'Leary says that Gardaí are greatly concerned with identifying the driver.
