Friends and family members have paid an emotional tribute to the teenager killed in a Mid Kerry collision.
Michael Coffey died after a collision involving a tractor at Beaufort Bridge at around 7.30 on Monday evening.
The 14-year-old from Killarney, had been fishing in the area with his father and a number of others yesterday, before the incident.
More than 50 people gathered at Tralee Train Station this afternoon to remember Michael and leave off balloons in his memory.
He had been due to travel to Dublin today to attend a concert.
Independent councillor for Killarney Municipal District, Martin Grady knows the Coffey family and extended his sympathies to them.
He says there is a cloud of sadness in the town today:
Gardaí are appealing for any who may have been in the Beaufort Bridge area between 7pm and 7.45pm yesterday, or anyone with dash-cam footage to contact them.
