Kerry County Council says the N21 road between Tralee and Castleisland is flooded at Ballyegan (near the quarry).
The road is passable but motorists are asked to travel slowly.
A council crew is working to relieve the issue.

The entire country can expect significant rainfall today, as Met Éireann has issued a status yellow warning, which will continue until seven o'clock this evening.
