Education Minister Norma Foley plans all-out ban on mobile phones in secondary schools

Education Minister and Kerry Fianna Fail TD Norma Foley has confirmed she wants to look at a ban in post-primary schools for the entire school day, including lunch breaks.

It's understood the Minister will now write to schools to give advice on how this would work.
