The Education Minister says she can't yet confirm a date for the Junior Cert results.
Norma Foley, who is a Fianna Fáil TD for Kerry, says they'll be in a better position to announce a date once the Leaving Cert appeals process is completed.
She says ultimately it'll be the state examination commission which will make the decision:
