A dispute over who controls the Rose of Tralee has come to an end.
The late Dick Henggeler, who owned The Rose Hotel in Tralee, had initiated proceedings against Kerry Rose Festival Ltd.
One related to a repayment of a loan of over €96,000 which was repaid last year; Mr Henggeler also alleged he was an oppressed shareholder.
A settlement has been reached and the High Court was told proceedings could be struck out with no order as to costs.
