Kerry County Councillor Breandán Fitzgerald has praised those involved in the clearing of the debris caused by the Fastnet fishing trawler.
The French vessel ran aground near Dingle in December last year.
The wreckage raised pollution concerns after its marine insulation had been found on several locations along the Dingle Peninsula.
By June 8th over 32 tonnes of debris had been removed from Kerry's coastline.
Councillor Fitzgerald praised the clean up response.
