Speaking at the Tralee Municipal District meeting, councillor Sheehy said there’s an opportunity now to start looking at extending the greenway.

He said extending the Tralee to Fenit Greenway from Bawnboy to Ballyroe, would be good for people in the north of the county.

In response to his motion, Kerry County Council says this extension will form part of the Tralee to Listowel Greenway.
