Council and NPWS accused of treating Inch Beach and community with utter disregard

Inch Beach is being treated with utter disregard by Kerry County Council and the National Parks and Wildlife Service.

That’s according to Fine Gael councillor Tommy Griffin, who has aired his frustration at the lack of action around ongoing concerns at the beach.

He urged for the Inch Beach infrastructure plan to be progressed immediately, as the busy tourist season is quickly approaching.

Cllr Griffin says the council and NPWS made promises to locals during a deputation at a Castleisland-Corca Dhuibhne MD last year.

He believes safety and facilities at Inch should be top priorities and accused the council of neglecting the community:
