A company behind a major housing development under construction in Tralee now plans to build 84 more homes on a nearby site.
Homeland Projects Ltd has published its intention to apply for planning permission to build the 84 dwellings at Cloghers, Tralee.
The housing units are to comprise a mix of three and four-bed houses, as well as smaller townhouses and apartments.
The company was previously granted planning for 52 homes on a site across from the entrance to Lovers Lane in Ballyard, which are currently being constructed.
Homeland Projects Ltd will seek planning for the entrance to its proposed development to come from the Ballyard Road, through the estate currently being built.
