Kerry students are being reminded that the closing date for the Naughton Foundation Scholarship is approaching.
The scholarship is awarded to Leaving Certificate students who go on to study engineering, science, mathematics, technology, and computer science at third level.
Pupils currently attending secondary schools in Kerry, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Clare are invited to apply, if they are studying two or more of physics, chemistry, biology, engineering, mathematics, or applied mathematics.
Each Naughton Scholarship is valued at €25,000 made up of €6,000 for each year of the student’s four-year third-level course, with the school of each winner also receiving €1,000.
There will 36 scholarships in total.
The closing date is Saturday, 29th June 2025 at midnight.
