Bathing water prior warning for Kerry beaches lifted

The bathing water prior warnings for Kerry beaches put in place by the Environmental Protection Agency last week have now been lifted.

Due to the heavy rainfall last weekend, there was a risk of deterioration in water quality.

Both Ballybunion beaches, as well as beaches in Fenit, Ventry, Kells, Cuas Crom, White Strand, Inny Strand and Ballinskelligs were all affected.
