The median price of a newly built home in Kerry between October 2024 and March 2024 was €577,500.
That's according to daft.ie, which has published the House Price Report for the second quarter of 2025.
The average price of a home in Kerry is now €311,000 (€311,204), up almost 15% (14.8%) year on year, and up over 55% (55.5%) the level seen at the start of the Covid19 pandemic.
Daft.ie reports that the average price of a one-bedroom apartment in Kerry, was €131,000, representing a 31.7% increase year on year.
The average price of a two-bedroom terraced house was €149,000, an increase of 18.3% over the past year.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house had an average price of €203,000, rising by 13.2% annually.
The average cost of a four-bedroom bungalow was €416,000, showing a yearly increase of 20.5%.
And a five-bedroom detached house in Kerry cost on average €415,000, which is 17.7% higher than the same time last year.
Nationally, house prices in the county have risen by 15% year on year.
