A Kerry estate agent says the number of bidding wars on houses here will remain high in 2026.
Paul Stephenson of Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean says asking prices and selling prices can be quite different.
He says mortgage availability is very high all over Ireland, meaning people have the finance to match prices above asking.
