Shortage of supply was the main factor in Kerry housing market this year

The shortage of supply of housing in Kerry is still the major factor in the housing market here.

That’s the view of Kerry auctioneer Paul Stephenson, of Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean.

He said plenty of people in Kerry have the finance to buy houses, but the supply just isn’t there.

He said the market was very strong in 2025, but the lack of supply is still the driving factor.
