Almost 4,000 volunteers took part in the annual County Clean Up across Kerry over the weekend.
The 14th annual County Clean Up took place on Saturday and 250 groups across Kerry taking part.
Since this event began in 2012, more than 650 tonnes of waste has been collected and disposed of.
Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council, Cllr Michael Foley thanked all the volunteers who took part.
He also praised them for their contribution to improving the appearance of roadsides, towns and villages ahead of the busy tourist season and Tidy Towns competition.
The County Clean Up is supported by KWD Recycling and Kerry County Council.
