Gardai keeping "open mind" in Lixnaw death investigation

Gardai say the results of a post mortem on the body of a woman found in north Kerry won't be released for operational reasons.

The woman, in her early thirties, was discovered yesterday morning in a house in Sli na Faiche, Lixnaw.

Gardaí say they are continuing to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.

They say they are keeping an open mind in the investigation and won't be providing any further information at this time.

Gardaí in Listowel are appealing to any person with any information in relation to this investigation to contact them at Listowel Garda Station on 068 50820, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
