Aer Lingus has launched a new route from Cork airport.

The new service will fly three times per week to Bordeaux, the sixth largest city in France, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Bordeaux is the second of Aer Lingus’ new routes from Cork Airport to start this summer, with the new service to Bilbao said to be performing strongly to date.

France is Ireland’s fourth-largest inbound tourism market.
