Nearly 8% of adults accessing emergency accommodation in the south-west were in Kerry.
That’s according to the Department of Housing’s Monthly Homelessness Report for August.
105 families in Kerry and Cork accessed emergency accommodation, including 228 children.

59 adults were accessing emergency accommodation in Kerry, up from 53 adults in July.
Nationally, more than 11 thousand people were living in emergency accommodation between the 25th and the 31st of August.
