There are 499 new cases of Covid-19 in the Republic, and eight new deaths, according to the latest figures from the National Public Health Emergency Team.
An extra ten cases from Kerry have also been reported.
The current number of cases in Kerry now stands at 1,164, taking into account yesterday's cases.
