Cyclists are returning to Killarney following the completion of this year's Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle.
Over 4,000 cyclists took part in the 43rd annual event, which takes place over 170km, starting and ending in Killarney.
Some of the participants took off as early as twenty past four this morning, with the lay cyclist leaving at 8.20am.
The first of the returning cyclists arrived back in Killarney at around 2pm with most due back around now.
Road restrictions will be lifted at 8pm, however motorists should be aware of cyclists on the route who may be still completing the event.
The main beneficiaries of this years charity cycle are Breakthrough Cancer Research, Brú Columbanus, Focus Ireland, Kerry Hospice Foundation, The Irish Kidney Association, Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, Social Action Group Rathmore and the Recovery Haven Kerry Cancer Support House.
