34 vacant property refurbishment grants have been paid out within the Castleisland-Corca Dhuibhne Municipal District.
That’s according to figures released at the recent MD meeting to the start of May.
It shows 204 applications have been made in the area since the scheme began.

98 of these are listed as approved or approved in principle.
20 applications in the MD did not meet the criteria and were rejected, while a further 24 applications were withdrawn.
