There were 382 registered births in Kerry in the third quarter of 2025.
That’s according to the CSO, which shows the county has a birth rate of 9.0
207 babies born in Kerry between July and September were male, while 175 were female.

The 30 -34 age category accounted for the highest number of births registered by age of mother, with 128.
The figures show the average age of mothers in Kerry was 33.6, while the average age of first-time mothers in the county was 31.9.
