The 26th annual Kerry International Film Festival got underway in Killarney today.
The four-day event continues until Sunday (19 October 2025).
17 Irish and international features and documentaries, and ten short film programmes, will be screened across the weekend.
Kerry International Film Festival programming director, Amy Louise O'Callaghan, details what's in store:
The festival will have a dedicated Made in Kerry screening to celebrate the Kingdom’s filmmakers, while actor Fiona Shaw will receive the Maureen O'Hara Award.
