This will part of the wider Fleadh programme in Cork City this Summer.
Speaking in relation to the launch, MTU President, Professor Maggie Cusack said: “Fleadh Cheoil na Mumhan will bring together thousands of performers, their families and the general public from the Munster region and beyond for a week of music, song, dance and more in a celebration of Irish culture and tradition.
MTU is eagerly looking forward to welcoming such talented performers of all ages and is excited to facilitate an event that aligns so well with MTU's mission to strengthen the rich culture and sense of community in the southwest region.”
