John Cooney, Iain Henderson and Tom Stewart are all doubts for Ulster's opening Heineken Champions Cup game against Sale Sharks on Sunday.
All three are following return to play protocols after being removed from play with head injuries in their nine point loss to Leinster in the URC on Saturday.
