The long-term sponsorship agreement between cartell.ie and The Rally of the Lakes will continue for at least one more year following the sale of the car data firm to Independent News and Media (INM) in July.
INM’s Belgian parent company Mediahuis bought the vehicle history firm last month as a complement to its existing car sales website CarsIreland.ie.
Locally, the international media firm also owns The Kerryman newspaper.
Cartell.ie, the Kildare based company, has sponsored the Rally of the Lakes since 2010.
