Tottenham boss Antonio Conte says he "underestimated the procedure" after being made to rest again following recent surgery.
The Italian returned to the touchline for their Premier League and Champions League games in the past few days - despite having his gallbladder removed at the start of the month.
He's recovering back in Italy once more, with assistant Cristian Stellini taking charge of the first team.
