Rodgers leaves Leicester via mutual agreement

Leicester City have confirmed manager Brendan Rodgers is leaving his role by mutual agreement.

The last game of his four years in the role was yesterday's 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace, which left them a point from safety in the Premier League's bottom three.

Long-serving first team coaches Adam Sadler and Mike Stowell will take interim charge.
