Republic of Ireland under-21’s held to draw by Luxembourg

The Republic of Ireland under-21’s have been held to a 1-1 draw by Luxembourg in their latest European Championship qualifier.

It finished 1-1 in Dudelange.

UCD’s prolific striker Colm Whelan gave Ireland the lead, but Jim Crawford’s side conceded a penalty six-minutes from time.
