McClenaghan Out Of European Championships

Rhys McClenaghan has withdrawn from the European Gymnastics Championships in Leipzig due to injury.

The Newtownards native was due to return to competition for the first time since his pommel horse gold at the Olympics in Paris.

But an unspecified injury means he will be unable to defend his European title later this month.
